چکیده

Wheat/soybean rotation is an important double-cropping system in the Huang-Huai-Hai plain of China. Continuous soybean cropping could cause soil quality deterioration and plant growth inhibition. However, effects continuous wheat/soybean on rhizosphere microbes remain largely unknown. In this study, we compared yield microbial community between winter wheat/summer (W/S) with two harvests one year soybean-winter maize (W/S-W/M) four years. The results showed that W/S group significantly (p < 0.05) declined within first W/S-W/M higher fertility index than group. sequencing revealed had a impact fungal bacterial community. 22.08–23.01% alpha diversity community, but did not vary composition groups differed significantly. group, relative abundance growth-promoting fungi (e.g., Mortierella), nematophagous Plectosphaerella), biological control Coniothyrium) was observed. lignocellulose-degrading Trechispora, Myceliophthora, Botryotrichum, Coniochaeta) pathogenic Pyrenochaetopsis Cyphellophora) LEfSe analysis demonstrated Mortierella, Trechispora serve as crucial biomarkers. Mortierella positively associated available P levels negatively NO3−-N pH while opposite trend. findings study enhance current understanding mechanisms obstacles ensure sustainability agricultural production.

Diversity of Rhizosphere Soil Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Various Soybean Cultivars under Different Continuous Cropping Regimes

Recent studies have shown that continuous cropping in soybean causes substantial changes to the microbial community in rhizosphere soil. In this study, we investigated the effects of continuous cropping for various time periods on the diversity of rhizosphere soil arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in various soybean cultivars at the branching stage. The soybean cultivars Heinong 37 (an intermed...

Composition and diversity of rhizosphere fungal community in Coptis chinensis Franch. continuous cropping fields

In this study, effects of continuous cropping on soil properties, enzyme activities, and relative abundance, community composition and diversity of fungal taxa were investigated. Rhizosphere soil from field continuously cropped for one-year, three-year and five-year by Coptis chinensis Franch. was collected and analyzed. Illumina high-throughput sequencing analysis showed that continuous croppi...

Microbial Community Structure in the Rhizosphere of Rice Plants

The microbial community in the rhizosphere environment is critical for the health of land plants and the processing of soil organic matter. The objective of this study was to determine the extent to which rice plants shape the microbial community in rice field soil over the course of a growing season. Rice (Oryza sativa) was cultivated under greenhouse conditions in rice field soil from Vercell...

Breaking continuous potato cropping with legumes improves soil microbial communities, enzyme activities and tuber yield

This study was conducted to explore the changes in soil microbial populations, enzyme activity, and tuber yield under the rotation sequences of Potato-Common vetch (P-C), Potato-Black medic (P-B) and Potato-Longdong alfalfa (P-L) in a semi-arid area of China. The study also determined the effects of continuous potato cropping (without legumes) on the above mentioned soil properties and yield. T...

Rhizodeposition shapes rhizosphere microbial community structure in organic soil.

The aims of the study were to determine group specificity in microbial utilization of root-exudate compounds and whole rhizodeposition; quantify the proportions of carbon acquired by microbial groups from soil organic matter and rhizodeposition, respectively; and assess the importance of root-derived C as a driver of soil microbial community structure. Additions of 13C-labelled root-exudate com...
